3 new sets added

sorry for the long time no update, things have been a bit busy. just added three sets to the site:
the Muhammad AbdulKareem set is courtesy of the brothers at IslamHouse, and i was told about it and the Mustafa al3azzawi recitations via email, so may Allah reward those who emailed me this information. The Abdullah Ali Jabir recitation comes to you courtesy of the brother in Australia who provides the majority of the audio for this site.
update - added sura 94 for sheikh al-huthaify, courtesy of the brother in Australia.
