searchquran.net help needed

we are currently working on rewriting searchquran.net (also known as quranicrealm) in order to add some more functionality, speed things up, and so on. i am currently needing help with the following:
- redesign - someone who can come up with a nice redesign for the site.
- logo - while this really depends on whether or not someone steps up to redesign the site (and, if they do, whether they want to reuse the current logo or not), i need someone who can translate the logo into arabic (meaning that they can send me a logo that looks like the current one, with the arabic text (المملكة القرانية) written under it rather than “quranicrealm”).
